Boost Your Confidence With These Tips.
I will start with listing the everyday symptoms for people who experience low confidence. There are of course a lot of symptoms that go with having low confidence but here are a couple of the important ones.
Excessive will to please others: always saying yes, afraid of displeasing the other person.
Chronic inability to make choices, not so much because of lack of information, but from an exaggerated fear of making a mistake.
Hypersensitivity to criticism, which makes oneself feel easily attacked and feel obstinate resentment against critics.
If you find yourself having one or more of the above symptoms the next list of techniques can definitely help you. Keep in mind that just because you recognise yourself in one of the above symptoms does not mean you actually suffer from low self esteem, it just means there is an issue there that you can improve on.
Here we go.

Try to observe your own thoughts! If you start doing this daily you’ll start to notice the negative thoughts coming in that feed your low confidence. this way you can create a mental blockade to keep them out.

Surround yourself with supportive people, and if they’re not. let them go!
Forgive yourself! Its important to realize that you’re only human! Following this is self-criticism. same tip, you’re only human, nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes, don’t beat yourself up!
It’s ok to be by yourself. with this I mean be happy with being in your own company, if you’re not, practice this!
